I am a member of the public – am I able to order from Le Forge?
Le Forge are strictly a Wholesale and Trade Only supplier. However if you do want to purchase an item please contact us for our local retailer stockists. We cannot advise pricing – this is at the discretion of the retailer.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, our showroom is 1 Goodman Place, Penrose. Our showroom is open Monday to Friday 9am – 4.30pm to Wholesale and Trade Customers only. Clients/Members of the public may only come to the showroom accompanied by a Trade Customer.
Can you send larger images?
We are more than happy to send you images but we have purposely saved high resolution images on our website to save directly. Simply select the image desired, right click & select save as.
How much will my order cost to ship?
If you are interested in getting a freight quote before confirming your purchase – please specify this when making the order via email, phone or website. If requested, we will give you a quote before confirming the order with you.
How long will my item take to deliver?
This depends on where you are located & the nature of the product. For delivery times – please contact the office for an estimate.
If an item is out of stock can I back order it?
Yes, providing the product has been re-ordered. We will confirm if out of stock & the expected arrival time.
What happens if I change my mind?
Le Forge cannot take goods back on a change of mind basis. We endeavour to provide as much information about the product as possible so your decision to purchase is an informed one. If you are unsure of anything, please contact us prior to confirming your order.
What happens if an item is damaged?
As soon as you receive the order, please check for any faults or damages and make notes of any defects. Where possible, please take a photo of the fault. Le Forge must be notified of any issue within 7 days of the product arriving. Please email any damages/faults to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can we collect our order?
Yes, if you are a Wholesale or Trade Customer – let us know when you would like to collect the order and we can confirm it is ready to collect. If your client would like to collect their order please give us notice and make your client is aware that pick up is only from the deliveries entrance (the showroom is Trade Only).
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes, providing you are a Trade customer. This is limited to jewellery, Accessories & Homewares. Furniture quotes can be arranged on request, we highly recommend taking insurance for this as Le Forge will not be accountable for damage of Furniture deliveries to Australia. All Australian orders are on a prepaid basis. Credit card payment is our preferred method.
What happens with my back-orders?
Back-ordered items will be dispatched to the address on the original order as soon as the product arrives unless otherwise requested.
